Influenzinum

– Wild Carnation Photograph by Stephen Dawes, 2014

Influenzinum is an alternative to the Flue shot.

Instead of an injection the subject takes vials of sugar crystals over a period of several weeks.

I learned about Influenzinum from Dr. Mark Stengler and his Health Revelations Newsletter.

It contains flue strains as designated by the Louis Pasteur Institute in France. This is updated each season.

Influenzinum can be obtained from Homeopathic Education Services in Berkeley CA. (510) 649-0294. Homeopathic.com.

For me it has worked better than the Flue Shot and is much more comfortable. I’ve been doing it for 5 years now. Cost is roughly the same as the flue shot.

ALTRUM

Colds

Got a cold. Everybody seems to be getting it.

Sneezy, clogged runny nose. Watery eyes. Became really noticeable yesterday after dinner.

At the first sign of symptoms I took the Altrum Cold Season Zinc Lozenges as I always do.

Contains: Slippery Elm, Echinacea, Zinc, Selenium, Propolis, Vitamins A, C etc.

Directions on bottle say dissolve 3 lozenges in mouth and follow every 2 hrs with another. No more than 12 a day. Seems to start working almost immediately. Relief.

This time next morning improvement was big.
