Influenzinum is an alternative to the Flue shot.
Instead of an injection the subject takes vials of sugar crystals over a period of several weeks.
I learned about Influenzinum from Dr. Mark Stengler and his Health Revelations Newsletter.
It contains flue strains as designated by the Louis Pasteur Institute in France. This is updated each season.
Influenzinum can be obtained from Homeopathic Education Services in Berkeley CA. (510) 649-0294. Homeopathic.com.
For me it has worked better than the Flue Shot and is much more comfortable. I’ve been doing it for 5 years now. Cost is roughly the same as the flue shot.
– Get in the swim use Amsoil.
Fuel economy improvements are additive.
In other words you get a percentage improvement in each case where you switch to better component lubes.
For-instance, you get a 3-5% for switching the motor to premium Amsoil Synthetic, 3-5% for switching the transmission and 3-5% for switching the differentials.
So this means a 9-15% total improvement.
Other steps can add even more like the use of a fuel treatment periodically. 2-6%.
All in all, you can hope for up to 30%.
Of course you still get the other benefits of superior lubes, such as, longer lasting transmissions and motors, as well as, the opportunity for long oil change intervals — 25,000 miles.

Recently on the news, New York Times etc….
Using DNA Testing authorities catch makers and retailers of Supplements/Vitamins cheating on a huge scale…..
“The New York State attorney general’s office accused four major retailers on Monday of selling fraudulent and potentially dangerous herbal supplements and demanded that they remove the products from their shelves.
Key ingredients such as St. John’s Wort and Echinacea completely missing.
The authorities said they had conducted tests on top-selling store brands of herbal supplements at four national retailers — GNC, Target, Walgreens and Walmart — and found that four out of five of the products did not contain any of the herbs on their labels.
The tests showed that pills labeled medicinal herbs often contained little more than cheap fillers like powdered rice, asparagus and houseplants, and in some cases substances that could be dangerous to those with allergies.
The investigation came as a welcome surprise to health experts who have long complained about the quality and safety of dietary supplements, which are exempt from the strict regulatory oversight applied to prescription drugs.”
This is why Altrum is a logical and safe choice.
